  6. Positive Social Connection 

These six pillars provide a framework for lifestyle medicine practitioners to assess and intervene on lifestyle factors that have a significant impact on health outcomes. By addressing these pillars, lifestyle medicine aims to prevent and manage chronic diseases, improve overall health, and enhance quality of life.
