I'd like to welcome you to a mindful practice designed to help you navigate through fear that may be holding you back. Eleanor Roosevelt. Eloquently put it like this. Do one thing that scares you, you gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop and look fear in the face. It's then that you were able to say to yourself, I lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along. You must do the thing that you think you cannot do. Some of those things just come our way and we don't have a choice. But when we choose it, We can build that resilience and that ability to take on those things in, with ease and with grace. I want to invite you to find a comfortable and quiet place where you can focus without distractions. And that it may invite you to take a few deep breaths in allowing yourself to just settle into this moment. Now bring to mind something that scares you. Something that makes your heart race a little faster. Instead of pushing this fear away. Just acknowledge it with kindness. I understand that fear is a natural response. But it does not have to control you. Let your breathing, just breathing in and out natural. Rhythm. Next visualize yourself, facing the sphere with courage and determination. Picture yourself taking small steps towards it. Feeling that fear, but not letting it stop you. As you breathe deeply. Remind yourself that you are strong and capable. Embrace the discomfort, Knowing that growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone. Finally, as you finish this practice, take a moment to reflect on how you feel. Notice any shifts in their mindset or emotions? Remember facing your fears is a brave act of self-love and empowerment. Can you feel that courage? Carrie that sense of courage with you as you continue on your journey. You are capable of overcoming anything that stands in your way. As you default to your extraordinary self.
